National Minimum Wage & National Living Wage Rates

On the 1 April 2017 the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage increased.

Here’s what you need to pay your staff as a minimum per hour:

Adult rate (21-24)£7.05
Young adult (18-20)£5.60

Apprentice rate£3.50
