On the 1 April 2018, the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and National Living Wage (NLW) rates will increase!
Here’s what you will need to pay your staff as a minimum:

Our advice: Don’t confuse the national living wage rate for those aged 25 and over with the voluntary living wage which is £8.75 per hour as recommended by the Living Wage Foundation. Also be mindful that from the 6th April 2018 workplace pension contributions for both employee’s and employer’s also go up; so be prepared to see your staffing costs increase as a whole.
